  Join WLAQ for a discussion on Protected Counselling Communication Applications. A CPD opportunity to hear from experienced practitioners who regularly appear on behalf of applicants and the counselled person in applications to subpoena and use evidence that may be protected counselling communication.
Topics will include:
  • Understanding what may be defined as “protected counselling communication” (“PCC”)
  • Indications PCC may be relevant
  • Steps to consider before initiating an application
  • Examples of instructions to be taken and documents to be prepared
  • Practical advice about court events
There will be opportunity to ask questions and engage in discussion.
